The main season is considered to be the period from 15.6. to 13.9. 2026 and from 21.12.2026 to 3.1.2027 and from 1.2. to 21.3.2027.

Prices are per person per night. They are final including VAT and include utilities and accommodation fees to the municipality.
Minimum stay is 2 nights.

In high season and New Year's Eve we prefer bookings for 7 nights.

Price includes

bed linen, towels, toilet paper, equipped kitchenette including dish towels and washing up liquid, use of ski room/collage room including electric shoe dryer, wifi throughout the property, parking at the house, all legal fees and final cleaning.
Cots must be ordered in advance. We have a travel cot (we will lend you the mattress, comforter and bedding).
Borrowing a highchair, bath, potty, cot - free of charge.

Payment terms

Upon receipt of the reservation form, email or telephone reservation, the operator will send the customer a preliminary confirmation of the reservation by email together with the account number and the amount of the advance payment. The reservation becomes binding and will be confirmed by email as soon as the advance payment is credited to the account, which is usually 50% of the price of the stay. By paying the deposit, the client agrees to the payment and cancellation terms stated here. Additional payment of the price of the stay is possible on the day of arrival in cash or by bank transfer in the week prior to arrival.

Cancellation policy

Cancellation of the reservation by the client 30 days or less before the arrival of the stay is 50% deposit, cancellation of the reservation 14 days or less before the arrival of the stay is 100% deposit. In the event of early cancellation of the stay by the Client without the fault of the Operator, the Operator shall not be obliged to refund the Client the price of the stay or its pro rata part. If an alternative date for the stay is arranged, an agreement is possible.
Check-in is possible from 15:00, end of stay until 10:00, or by agreement.

The whole building is non-smoking. The stay of animals is not possible because we have a small dog and we want to avoid conflicts between animals. However, the dog is the children's favourite, and whoever throws him a ball will throw it for the rest of the stay.
